System Requirements and Installation
Backup Platinum is not a resource-consuming utility. To use Backup Platinum,
you need:

Windows 2000/XP/2003 or Windows Vista operating system;
|
 |
 |
Approximately 10 MB of free disk space.
|
To install Backup Platinum on a computer, you need to have administrative rights.
Installation process does not take much time. All you need to do is to follow instructions of
Installation Wizard. There is no need to reboot, so you can run the program right after it is
installed on your system.
To uninstall Backup Platinum, follow these steps:

Close the program window; |

Right-click on the Backup Platinum icon in the system
tray; |
|
|
Choose "Exit" from the menu (the icon should disappear
from the system tray); |
|
|
On the Windows "Start" menu, choose "SoftLogica"
and select "Backup Platinum"; |
|
|
Choose "Backup Platinum 4.0 Uninstall";
|
|
|
The Uninstallation Wizard will appear; now follow its instructions.
|
|
You can also use the following way to perform the uninstall operation. On the Windows
"Start" menu, select "Control Panel", choose "Add or Remove Programs",
find Backup Platinum 4.0 in the list of currently installed programs and
click the "Remove" button.
"Next".
